I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher and have been working in this   field for many years.  I would like to guide you into the wonderful    world of Laughter Yoga...  

Laughter Yoga is a new & revolutionary concept, both simple & profound. Fast sweeping the world, Laughter Yoga is a complete well-being workout. It combines simple, playful, empowering, tension-releasing simulated laughter exercises with gentle yogic breathing techniques. Laughter Yoga does not depend on external stimuli like jokes, comedy or humor.  It initiates laughter as a form of group exercise, and as the session progresses the laughter becomes very real & contagious.  Developed in 1995 by Dr. Madan Kataria a prominent physician from Mumbai, India,  Laughter Yoga is the only exercise that impacts positively & directly on your body...mind...& emotions.
